K-cups Must Be Ordered In Case Quantities
- No partial cases will be shipped/delivered.
- One Case Consists Of Any Four Sleeves
- Boxes are typically 24 to 25 K-cups each

K-cup quantities are 9-13 grams per K-cup

Payment options include:
Cash
Checks with approved credit.
Credit Card – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

Current credit card must be on file before leased brewers will be installed or purchased brewers and/or K-cup orders are sent out.

P&S requires all product payments within 20 days of delivery

Commercial machine leasing is billed quarterly over 24 month period

Delivery typically within 24-72 hours if product is in-house.  Within 7-10 days if needs shipped from Mfg.

All Green Mountain Coffees are certified Kosher

Green Mountain Organic coffees are certified by Quality Assurance International

Green Mountain’s Fair Trade coffees are certified by TransFair USA

Pure & Simple will provide lifetime replacement on commercial brewers as long as customers have not abused or miss-used brewer and are actively purchasing coffee from P&S

SHIPPING/LOCAL DELIVERY

Coffee Orders: There will be a *2 case minimum (8 sleeves) per order to qualify for Free Local Delivery or Free Shipping. Any order we receive for 7 sleeves or less will be subject to Local Delivery Fee or Shipping Freight charges. Please remember, we cannot deliver/ship any orders for less than 4 sleeves. Local delivery will be for customers within a 30 mile radius from Columbiana, Ohio. If you live outside of the 30 mile radius of Columbiana, Ohio we will ship your order by either UPS Ground or US Mail/Priority.

Brewers: The Coffee Brewers that are sold on the Pure & Simple Coffee Systems website are subject to a Handling Fee, Shipping Charges & Tax (Tax applies if you live in the state of Ohio). We MUST charge SHIPPING/HANDLING/TAX on all of our Brewers sales. If your order includes both -a brewer and a coffee/tea order- the Brewer will be shipped separately.

Privacy / Security Policies:

When you shop on-line at pureandsimplecoffee.net, you are shopping on a highly secure site. Pure and Simple Coffee is "anti-spam" and will not use unethical promotional methods. We use "SSL" servers for our e-commerce to ensure the most secure way to shop.

Your credit card number is only sent via secure encrypted connections, and we do not store customer data where it can be accessed via the Internet.  Also, your customer data is considered private and will not be sold or shared with any outside interests.
